Riesling

The Riesling Prospect is a 5.5km long zone of gahnite (zinc spinel) bearing siliceous and schistose rock units within the Einasleigh Metamorphics and has previously seen work by CRAE, BHP and Teck.

Gahnite is concentrated in four main zones: Burgundy, Riesling South, Riesling and Chablis, which form discrete prospect areas. Gahnite is considered to indicate the possible presence of Broken Hill-type base metals mineralisation.

Superior is planning a program of work to follow-up historic exploration.
