Superior collects personal information in a number of ways, including, directly from individuals, from third parties such as related companies, and from publicly available sources of information. The secure storage of personal information is a priority. Superior and its service providers take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, modification or unauthorised access.
Superior’s security measures include using firewalls, intrusion detection systems and virus scanning tools to protect against unauthorised persons and viruses from accessing the information that you provide to us, and we to you.
However, please be aware that there are inherent risks in transmitting information by use of the Internet and other online or electronic transmission systems and that we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted in this way.
Superior will not disclose personal information other than for a purpose made known to an individual, a purpose reasonably expected, a purpose required, authorised or permitted by or under any law, or a purpose otherwise authorised by an individual.
Superior may, however disclose personal information to organisations outside Superior with consent or where such disclosure is for purposes related to reasons for providing Superior with personal information.
Superior may also disclose personal information to service providers in relation to which Superior outsources some of its important administrative functions. Where appropriate, these disclosures are subject to privacy and confidentiality protections. The organisations to which Superior outsource services include share registry services, mailing services, and information technology services.
It may become necessary at some stage for us to disclose your personal information to an overseas recipient – for example, to an Superior related entity or third party contractor based overseas.

Superior endeavours to keep the personal information collected, used and disclosed accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant and not misleading. If personal information changes, or if an individual believes Superior’s records are not accurate, please contact Superior’s Privacy Officer (details below) and Superior will take steps to update and correct the information held in its records promptly.
