Superior Resources Limited (ASX code SPQ) is an ASX listed public Australian company that is exploring for copper and lead-zinc-silver deposits in northern Queensland, Australia.

The Company also holds seven million shares in Deep Yellow Limited, an Australian ASX listed uranium explorer.

Under a prospectus dated 29 August 2007, Superior raised a total of $4.4 million and successfully applied for listing on ASX Limited.

Superior's principal objective is the discovery of a major Mount Isa style copper or lead-zinc-silver deposit in the Proterozoic rocks of north-west Queensland. To meet this objective Superior holds 14 exploration permits (7 granted and 7 applications) totalling 3500 square kilometres. These 18 exploration permits are grouped into four separate project areas.

Superior also holds a mining lease in the Greenvale area of northeast Queensland. Application has been made for the area surrounding this mining lease as an exploration permit. This area has potential for the discovery of copper-lead-zinc deposits of the volcanogenic massive sulphide style.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the corporate governance of Superior Resources Limited, including its strategic development. The Board reviews corporate strategy and financial targets in terms of Shareholder expectations, performance and potential. It establishes goals for management and monitors achievement of these goals.

David is a geologist with over 36 years experience in the exploration industry. He had acted as an exploration consultant for some 20 years and his experience includes public company management experience. He is currently Managing Director of Opal Horizon Limited, an unlisted opal exploration and mining company.

Ken has over 39 years experience in mineral exploration, management and resource evaluation throughout Australia. He was a long-standing member of a major company's exploration team, which was responsible for many mineral discoveries. Throughout his career he has held numerous management positions within the minerals industry. He has previously operated his own consulting company, KJ Harvey and Associates Pty Ltd.

Peter Henry Hwang - B.Sc. (Hons), LLB
Non-Executive Director

Mr Hwang is a qualified geologist and lawyer and currently works as a solicitor specialising in resources and native title law with a national law firm. He has extensive experience in advising on the development of mining and major infrastructure projects as well as resources mergers and acquisitions and public company floats. As a solicitor he has developed a focus on and extensive network in the resources industry between Australia and China. Prior to his legal career, Mr Hwang spent over five years as a diamond exploration geologist in Australia and subsequently consulted to various companies on diamond and gold exploration projects in South America.

Superior Resources Limited and its Board of Directors are committed to achieving the highest standards of corporate governance.

Corporate governance practices have been in place since the Company listed on the ASX in November 2007. These practices were updated in 2009 and 2010. As far as practical, these practices comply with the recommendations of the Australian Securities Exchange Corporate Governance Council.
